OFSTED Registered Manager with years of experience in residential social care. Jennifer leads compliance strategy, operational direction, and sector engagement. Her frontline experience managing supported accommodation and navigating regulatory inspections is the foundation Kervah is built on — she identified the problem before a single line of code was written.

Femi Ogundayo
Senior software engineer and sole technical founder of Kervah. Femi designed and built the entire platform — system architecture, backend services, frontend applications, AI integrations, and cloud infrastructure. His background includes building AI-driven compliance systems for regulated financial environments, bringing production-grade engineering rigour to the care sector.
